At Cox Distinctive Properties, LLC, I understand that real estate isn’t just about prices, it’s about relationships. Established in the spring of 2000, I match my clients in the Triangle and at the Crystal Coast with properties that fit their lifestyle and budget. 

I have a clear advantage in the triangle market having grown up in Raleigh. I have watched it evolve into the great metro it is today with its wonderful parks, culture, and close proximity to the mountains and beaches of NC. In 2012, we purchased a second home in Pine Knoll Shores at the Crystal Coast in NC. I have  spent the last decade building new relationships and fostering existing ones in both areas.  Put my Triangle expertise and  expanded  knowledge of the Crystal Coast real estate to work for you.

After seeing how large real estate teams and agencies operated, I decided to create a concierge, boutique agency focused on individual client needs by providing an exceptional buying and selling experience. With larger teams, I saw clients becoming frustrated while being passed around from the face of an agency, to a buying/listing agent, to a closing coordinator and so on.
